DESCRIPTION:@ 9:00 am – 2:00 pm\nComo llegar \nEl municipio de Escalante acogerá el quinto Concurso de Olla Ferroviaria el sábado\, día 16 de mayo\, de tal forma que los interesados deberán inscribirse el mismo día\, al precio de 10 euros por grupo\, en la Plaza de la Villa. \nEl Concurso comenzará a las 9.00 horas y los participantes deberán cocinar una olla de alubia blanca que contenga\, como obligatorio\, chorizo\, morcilla\, tocino y berza. \nEl Ayuntamiento de Escalante aportará el carbón y pan para todos los participantes y la hora máxima de entrega del cocido montañés será a las 14.00 para que el jurado proceda a su degustación. \nLos premios dependerán de la recaudación de las inscripciones\, además de entregarse obsequios donados por los comercios y la hostelería de Escalante.
